We are seeking a proactive and organised Aftercare Administrator to join a busy, dynamic team within a high-end technology company. The role offers the chance to work on prestigious projects, supporting installations that include control systems, Audio/Video, lighting, IT networks, and other bespoke technology solutions.
This is a multi-faceted position, pivotal in ensuring our systems operate smoothly for clients, while providing exceptional service and administrative support to our aftercare team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Telephone & Email Management: Handle incoming calls and emails efficiently, providing first-line support and escalating queries where necessary.
- Service Coordination: Assist the Aftercare Supervisor in scheduling service calls, directing requests to engineers, and ensuring the field team has the resources needed for efficient job completion.
- Client Communication: Send service request forms to clients, update them on service resolutions, and communicate any follow-up actions.
- Service Ticket Management: Enter, track, and update service requests using specialised in-house software.
- Stock & Equipment Tracking: Order and monitor components to ensure rapid response times. Track repairs and liaise with the project delivery team on bespoke equipment returns.
- General Administration: Support the department with day-to-day office duties, maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth internal operations.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable using IT systems and databases for data entry and reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in aftersales, technical administration, or a similar role is advantageous.
