We are recruiting for an experienced AV Team Leader to oversee the delivery of onsite audio-visual services within a high-profile corporate environment in London.
This is a hands-on leadership role, combining team management, technical expertise, and client engagement. You will act as the primary onsite contact, ensuring a seamless AV service while supporting and developing a small team of technicians.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary onsite contact for AV services
- Lead, mentor and manage a team of onsite AV technicians, including rota planning
- Provide regular reporting on service performance to senior stakeholders
- Deliver senior-level technical support and act as the escalation point for complex issues
- Coordinate with internal support teams, including helpdesk, field service and projects
- Support VIP meetings and high-profile events
- Oversee meeting room support and ensure consistent service standards
- Manage software/firmware updates and system improvements
- Support and manage video conferencing and collaboration technologies
- Oversee small works (adds, moves, changes) ensuring minimal disruption to users
- Ensure users are trained and confident in using AV/VC technologies
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and user experience
- Monitor SLA performance and ensure all break-fix activities are completed within agreed timeframes
- Coordinate preventative maintenance and manage reporting
- Liaise with third-party suppliers and vendors
- Manage onsite stock, spares and consumables
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in an AV support or AV service delivery role, with leadership responsibilities
- Strong technical knowledge of AV and video conferencing systems
- Experience working in a corporate or client-facing environment
- Confident managing stakeholders and acting as a key point of contact
- Ability to lead and develop a team while remaining hands-on technically
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with AV control systems and collaboration platforms
