Location: Cambridge (3 days per week) & London (2 days per week)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
We are recruiting for an experienced Onsite AV Technician to provide dedicated technical support across two prestigious corporate sites in Cambridge and London.
This is a hands-on role supporting modern meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, and workplace technology. You'll be responsible for maintaining AV systems, troubleshooting faults, supporting end users, and ensuring meeting spaces remain fully operational.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite support for AV and video conferencing technologies
- Carry out daily room checks and preventative maintenance
- Diagnose and resolve faults across meeting room and collaboration systems
- Support users with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and presentation technologies
- Manage and update support tickets, escalating issues where appropriate
- Assist with meeting room setups and provide technical support for larger events
- Work closely with remote support teams to ensure a high level of service delivery
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience supporting AV systems within a corporate environment
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with control systems such as Crestron and Q-SYS
- Good understanding of video conferencing, audio systems, and AV over IP technologies
- Knowledge of basic networking principles (TCP/IP, VLANs, HDBaseT, Dante)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple sites
Desirable
- CTS or manufacturer certifications
- Experience with Crestron NVX, Exterity, or streaming technologies
- Knowledge of digital signage and enterprise AV environments
