We are recruiting for an experienced Onsite AV Technician to provide dedicated, on-site support within a corporate environment. This is a site-based role supporting end users and ensuring the smooth operation of integrated AV and collaboration systems.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, user support, and maintaining high-performing meeting room and AV environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily on-site AV and user support within a corporate environment
- Carry out routine room and system checks
- Diagnose and resolve AV and VC system faults
- Support meeting rooms, presentation systems, digital signage, and UC platforms
- Escalate IT-related issues where required
- Manage and update service tickets and support logs
- Support large meetings and events as needed
- Assist with user adoption and day-to-day system usage
- Liaise with remote service desk teams to resolve issues efficiently
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience supporting corporate AV systems
- Good understanding of video conferencing and meeting room technologies
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently on a dedicated client site
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable supporting end users at all levels
Desirable
- Knowledge of control systems and AV infrastructure (e.g. Crestron, Extron, AMX)
- Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VLANs, basic infrastructure understanding)
- Experience with VC platforms and AV over IP systems
- Industry certifications (e.g. AV, networking, or manufacturer-specific training)
