We are recruiting for an Audio Visual Technician to join a leading global technology integrator, based onsite within a prestigious corporate environment in London.
You’ll provide hands-on AV and video conferencing support for meetings, events, and day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and excellent user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate and support AV and video conferencing systems
- Provide technical support for meetings, conferences and events
- Support virtual and hybrid meetings
- Troubleshoot faults and resolve incidents
- Carry out routine system checks and preventative maintenance
- Deliver a professional, client-focused support service
Key Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an AV Technician or support role
- Strong knowledge of meeting room and VC technologies
- Confident fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service
- Flexible, organised and able to work under pressure
