An established technology services organisation is looking for an experienced. Administrator to join its growing commercial team.
This role plays a central part in supporting sales, service and project teams through the coordination, production and submission of high-quality bid and tender documentation. You’ll be responsible for managing multiple workstreams, ensuring accuracy, compliance and consistency across all proposals, while working closely with stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and produce tender submissions, RFIs, RFQs and pre-qualification questionnaires
- Interpret technical specifications to create compliant and well-structured bid responses
- Support sales and service teams with mid-bid and post-tender presentations
- Create clear, professional graphics, charts and supporting visuals
- Proofread, format and quality-check all documentation prior to submission
- Maintain and update bid templates, content libraries and presentation materials
- Complete supplier onboarding questionnaires and manage compliance documentation
- Oversee sales handovers and document approval processes
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders as required
- Manage multiple shared inboxes and incoming internal requests
- Maintain accurate records within the company CRM system
- Provide general administrative support, including meeting coordination and visitor arrangements
Essential:

Desirable:
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Previous experience supporting bids, tenders or sales proposals
- Familiarity with CRM systems (experience with Dynamics 365 is advantageous)
