We are supporting a global technology and services organisation in the search for an experienced Business Development Manager to join its Dublin-based commercial team.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities across defined markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and existing stakeholders.
- Promote and sell managed support and professional service offerings.
- Research, qualify, and manage sales leads through the full sales lifecycle.
- Proactively contact potential clients to establish rapport and secure meetings.
- Track competitor-held contracts to support renewal and displacement strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approach.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations, and technical specialists to align commercial strategies.
- Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and forecasting using CRM tools.
- Attend relevant industry events, networking sessions, and conferences.
- Meet or exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide regular reporting and updates to line management.

- Proven background in business development or sales within technology, services, or construction-related environments.
- Experience selling support services, managed services, or technical solutions.
