Are you a hunter at heart with a proven track record in AV, unified communications, or workplace technology sales? We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who thrives on building their own pipeline, developing senior-level relationships, and closing deals.
This is a hybrid position with 3 days based in the office.
The Role
This is a true business development role – no pre-warmed leads, no hand-holding. You’ll be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities across AV integration, managed services, and hybrid workplace solutions. You’ll sell to senior decision-makers including Heads of IT, Facilities Directors, and Operations leads in mid-to-large enterprises.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prospecting and building your own pipeline from day one
- Leveraging your existing network in AV and workplace technology to open doors
- Developing relationships with senior decision-makers and presenting solutions
- Working closely with technical and operations teams to prepare proposals
- Driving deals from first conversation to signed contract
- Representing the company at industry events and staying up to date with market trends
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in AV, unified communications, or workplace technology sales (essential)
- An existing network of relevant contacts
- Self-starter mentality who can create their own momentum
- Comfortable selling at senior level, including to CTOs, Heads of Estates, and procurement teams
- Cultural fit: collaborative, ego-free, hands-on, and growth-oriented
