We are seeking an experienced Events and Media Technician to join a leading technology integration team supporting a high-profile client in London. This is a hands-on, client-facing role providing onsite AV support for events, meetings, and daily operations, ensuring smooth operation and minimizing downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for meetings, conferences, and events
- Set up, test, operate, and deinstall AV and video conferencing equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve first-line AV system issues
- Conduct daily checks of meeting rooms and AV systems
- Manage support requests, including returns, repairs, and equipment replacement
- Maintain, store, and manage spare and mobile AV equipment
- Communicate technical issues and coordinate solutions with management
- Assist with basic video editing and content preparation
- Mentor junior technicians and delegate responsibilities as needed

- Strong knowledge of audio-visual systems, including meeting room AV and video conferencing technology
