We are currently recruiting for an experienced AV Events Technician to join a professional onsite team supporting a busy corporate environment in London.
This is a hands-on role responsible for delivering a high volume of corporate events, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for end users. You will be involved in all aspects of event delivery, from pre-planning and technical setup through to live event support and execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver full AV support for corporate events, from planning through to execution
- Review event requirements and provide technical input during planning stages
- Set up, operate and troubleshoot AV equipment during live events
- Ensure all events are delivered in line with agreed standards and service levels
- Support meeting rooms and day-to-day AV requirements when needed
- Manage incoming event requests and coordinate responses effectively
- Maintain high standards of service and identify opportunities for improvement
- Work across multiple sites where required
- Follow health & safety procedures and internal compliance standards
- Complete administrative tasks and documentation related to event delivery
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a corporate AV or live events environment
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to operate in high-end corporate settings
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Hands-on experience with AV systems and technologies, such as:
- Video conferencing systems
- AV control systems (e.g. Crestron, AMX or similar)
- Audio systems, including microphones and digital sound desks
- Video switching, multi-camera setups and display technologies
- Good understanding of lighting principles and event production basics
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and PowerPoint
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues under pressure
Desirable:
- CTS certification (or willingness to achieve)
