London (Office & Client Sites – 4 days per week)
We're working with a well-established and growing AV integration business looking to appoint a Small Works Project Manager to join their London team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being involved in project delivery, working closely with clients, and managing multiple projects from start to finish.
Whether you're currently an Assistant Project Manager, Project Coordinator, an AV Engineer ready to move into project management, or already managing smaller AV projects, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
You'll take ownership of a variety of commercial AV projects including system upgrades, technology refreshes, office refurbishments, and smaller integration works. Managing projects from initial brief through to handover, you'll work closely with clients, engineers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same, combining technical understanding with project coordination and client relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of multiple small works AV projects from inception through to completion
- Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Plan project schedules and allocate resources effectively
- Review technical documentation and ensure installations meet project specifications
- Monitor project budgets, variations, and commercial performance
- Carry out site visits and support technical planning where required
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard
- Provide regular project updates and progress reports
Experience
You'll already have experience within the commercial AV integration industry and be looking for a role where you can take greater ownership of projects.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience within the AV integration industry
- Previous project management, project coordination, or installation experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial AV technologies
Experience with technologies such as Crestron, Extron, QSC, Biamp, Shure, Dante, or AV-over-IP solutions would be advantageous but is not essential.
