Pre Sales Lead - M3 Corrdidor - £60k to £65k
The role is a lead position for a well established expanding audio visual integrator. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales team with a focus on winning new business alongside designing AV solutions. We are seeking an individual who is confident on the client side as well as having strong technical expertise.
Acting as the bridge between technical delivery and commercial objectives, you will play a key role in securing projects and maintaining long-term client trust.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Sales to qualify opportunities, shape technical solutions, and position the company as the partner of choice.
- Attend client meetings to lead technical discussions, build trust, and provide clear explanations of solution options.
- Conduct detailed site surveys to capture environmental and technical requirements.
- Create high-quality documentation to support bids and handovers, including Bills of Materials, System Schematics, Scope of Works, Marked-up Floor Plans, Programming Narratives
- Deliver product demonstrations and solution workshops at client sites, company offices, or manufacturer facilities.
- Ensure seamless project handovers by preparing comprehensive technical packs for the Delivery team
- Supporting the Projects team throughout the project's lifecycle, including answering questions during project deployment, and attending to system updates, changes, and variations as they arise.
Experience
- Proven experience in AV pre-sales or design solution consultancy.
- Strong technical design capability with hands-on knowledge of AV hardware, UC platforms, and integrated systems.
- Proficiency with design tools
