Procurement Specialist - North West London (Hybrid)- £28,000 - £33,000
Our client is looking to recruit an experienced procurement individual ideally with experience in a technology industry. You will be working for a leading technology company who have been going through are sustained period of growth.
Procurement experience within the technology industry is essential.
Responsibilities
- Ascertain project requirement from SM/PM
- Raise & place ad hoc consumable PO’s
- Establish best supplier subject to location, product demand, access & cost
- Make booking with supplier
- Follow up delivery is on schedule
- Raise PO on SAP
- PO management on SAP
- Management of order confirmations, certification
- Arrange site inspections where appropriate
- Check goods on site still required, extend or off hire as appropriate
- Track project costs
- Review weekly supplier PO reports
- Check and process invoices through SAP
- Reconcile statements
- Supplier management – checking and reviewing rates
- Management of plant
Experience
- Ideally experience working in a Procurement role dealing with hardware
- Strong organisation & admin skills
- Ability to manage own and departmental priorities
- Work to and understand dead-lines
