An established UK-based technology services company is looking to hire a Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of multiple projects.
This role is ideal for an organised, proactive individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, supporting project teams, and maintaining high standards of client service.
You will work closely with Project Managers and delivery teams, providing day-to-day coordination, administration, and communication support to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting project delivery across multiple workstreams
- Coordinating resources, schedules, and logistics
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams
- Maintaining accurate project documentation and reporting
- Monitoring workloads, progress, and budgets
- Assisting with project planning, tracking, and quality checks
- Providing regular updates to senior management
Experience
- Experience in a project support / coordination role (construction or technical environments preferred)
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Confident communicator with a professional approach
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- High attention to detail with a proactive mindset
