We are recruiting for a Returns Coordinator to join a busy operations team, managing the return, repair, replacement, and credit process for products and materials.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual who enjoys administration, coordination, and working with multiple departments to ensure processes are completed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage returns with suppliers and manufacturers
- Track outstanding returns, repairs, and credits
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
- Liaise with internal teams regarding returns status and requirements
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Arrange collections and shipments where required
Skills & Experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Previous administration, logistics, returns, or customer service experience preferred
- Experience using CRM or business systems would be advantageous
