We are seeking a proactive Sales Support Co-Ordinator to join a high-performing B2B sales team. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence, managing processes, maintaining CRM discipline, supporting documentation, and keeping the sales function running smoothly.
The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-oriented, and able to spot issues before they arise. You will work closely with the Head of Sales and collaborate across teams including marketing, procurement, finance, and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Coordination: Schedule client meetings, manage proposals, and support day-to-day sales activities.
- CRM Management: Maintain accuracy and adoption of HubSpot, support reporting, and ensure pipeline hygiene.
- Order Processing & Administration: Manage quotes through to delivery, liaising with internal teams.
- Data & Metrics: Support forecasting, KPI reporting, and provide insights to the sales team.
- Team Support: Assist with sales onboarding, vendor training sessions, and cross-functional collaboration.
Candidate Requirements:
- 3–5 years’ experience in sales support, PA, EA, or coordinator roles within a B2B environment.
- Strong CRM skills (HubSpot preferred) and excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; confident managing data and reporting.
- Highly organised, self-managing, and calm under pressure.
- Strong communicator, assertive when needed, and reliable in attendance and punctuality.
Desirable:
- Experience in AV or technology industries.
- Familiarity with quoting tools, RFPs, and PQQs.
- Experience supporting sales and delivery teams.
