    Sales Consultant - London

    Field-Based | London & South East
    £50,000 – £60,000 Basic + £5,000 Car Allowance | £90,000 – £110,000 OTE (Uncapped)

    A market-leading AV solutions provider is looking to appoint an experienced Sales Consultant to support continued growth across London and the South East.

    This is a high-impact, client-facing role for a commercially astute sales professional who thrives on winning new business, building long-term relationships, and delivering profitable growth.

    The Role

    You will take full ownership of the sales lifecycle, identifying opportunities, developing relationships, and converting prospects into long-term clients. Working closely with technical and delivery teams, you’ll ensure solutions are commercially robust and operationally deliverable.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Proactively generating and converting new business opportunities
    • Developing and expanding a portfolio of key client accounts
    • Managing opportunities from initial engagement through to contract close
    • Building and maintaining a strong, healthy sales pipeline
    • Driving sustainable revenue and margin growth
    • Collaborating closely with pre-sales, design and delivery teams

    Experience

    • Minimum 5 years’ experience selling AV integration solutions
    • Strong track record of new business development
    • Proven ability to manage full sales cycle opportunities
    • Commercially focused mindset with an understanding of profitability, not just turnover
    • Experience selling into corporate and commercial environments
