A market-leading AV solutions provider is looking to appoint an experienced Sales Consultant to support continued growth across London and the South East.
This is a high-impact, client-facing role for a commercially astute sales professional who thrives on winning new business, building long-term relationships, and delivering profitable growth.
The Role
You will take full ownership of the sales lifecycle, identifying opportunities, developing relationships, and converting prospects into long-term clients. Working closely with technical and delivery teams, you’ll ensure solutions are commercially robust and operationally deliverable.
Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively generating and converting new business opportunities
- Developing and expanding a portfolio of key client accounts
- Managing opportunities from initial engagement through to contract close
- Building and maintaining a strong, healthy sales pipeline
- Driving sustainable revenue and margin growth
- Collaborating closely with pre-sales, design and delivery teams
Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience selling AV integration solutions
- Strong track record of new business development
- Proven ability to manage full sales cycle opportunities
- Commercially focused mindset with an understanding of profitability, not just turnover
- Experience selling into corporate and commercial environments
