We are recruiting for an experienced Senior AV Systems Designer to join a growing technology integration team, delivering innovative AV and workplace technology solutions across commercial environments.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the design and delivery of integrated AV systems, working closely with sales, project management, and technical teams to ensure projects are accurately designed and successfully delivered.
The Role
You will be responsible for producing detailed technical drawings, system schematics, equipment layouts, and network documentation, ensuring solutions are fully coordinated and ready for installation.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce AV system designs, schematics, and technical drawings using AutoCAD
- Create equipment rack layouts and network schedules
- Coordinate designs with project, M&E, and IT teams
- Support projects from technical handover through to delivery
- Manage design changes and technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure designs comply with industry standards and best practices
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience designing commercial AV or integrated technology systems
- Advanced AutoCAD skills
- Strong understanding of AV infrastructure, networking, and M&E coordination
- Experience producing technical documentation for installation projects
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
