We are recruiting for an experienced Software Solutions Engineer for a technology integrator client. You will support, improve and champion internal software platforms – with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365. You’ll be the go-to person for users, making sure systems run smoothly, data stays clean, and teams know how to get the most out of the tools.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for Dynamics 365 and related solutions (e.g. portals, field apps).
- Train and support users, producing simple guides and promoting best practice.
- Plan and deliver software changes/projects from concept to go-live.
- Carry out system admin tasks: users, security roles, views, dashboards, reports.
- Build/assist with dashboards and reports in Dynamics and Power BI.
- Maintain data quality through audits and standards.
- Log, manage and resolve support tickets, escalating where needed.
- Work with internal stakeholders and external partners on enhancements.
Experience
- Strong technical/problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Power BI / Power Apps / Power Automate a bonus).
- Confident communicator who can train and support users at all levels.
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in modern tech (C#, JavaScript, SQL, AI/ML) is an advantage.
